Tracking time and attendance is as much an art as a science. Micromanagement can be destructive to attendance and employee use of time - leading to “time-serving,” rather than productive work. But keeping track of tasks for the purposes of billing or scheduling is just as important. In education, attendance issues can be extremely detrimental to achievement outcomes. We believe that there is a happy medium between tracking employee or student time and attendance, and creating a productive and hospitible work or school environment.
